IMPORTANT  INFORMATION ABOUT REMOTE PUBLIC FORUM:

  • You must pre-register with the Clerk to participate in the Public Forum
  • Pre-registered County residents will be taken first.
  • The Public Forum will be conducted using Zoom*. 
    *A  call-in number will also be provided so that anyone who can't use Zoom can still have their voice heard.

How to Pre-Register to Participate in the Public Forum

Pre-registration for the Public Forum CLOSES at 12 noon on the day of the meeting.

Please send an email to publichearings@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:

  • Your name, address and phone number
    Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private.
  • Whether you have access to Zoom
    A call-in number will be provided if you can't use Zoom
  • The Public Hearing you would like to speak at and a statement you would like put on record in lieu of formal participation.
    • You may sign up for multiple Public Hearings, if time allows.
    • Please limit the length any written statements to allow for the participation of others.
    • All written statements will be given to members, regardless of length. 

The Clerk or a member of our staff will contact you with the information for you to connect.

Registration for Public Forum CLOSES at 12 Noon on the day of the meeting
