One or two balanced meals are delivered to the homebound, including anyone age 60 years or older. Contributions are suggested, but not required.
To be eligible an individual must meet all three of the following criteria:
- Is incapacitated due to accident, illness, or frailty;
- Lacks the support of family, friends, or neighbors;
- Is unable to prepare meals because of lack or inadequacy of facilities; inability to shop, cook or prepare meals safely; or lack knowledge or skill.

Provides funding to make the home accessible, including ramps, widening doors and alterations that enable Albany County residents with disabilities to remain or return to their own home, rather than enter or remain in more costly and restrictive institutional settings.
