The following information is provided to inform individuals about the law enacted in Albany County that requires certain health clubs and sports facilities to have an automated external defibrillator (AED) on site and personnel certified in CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED operation present during hours of operation and to assist those facilities impacted by the law to become a Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) provider.
