Project Growth offers occupation/educational projects designed to address the needs of juveniles and young adults who owe restitution.

During each four week program, participants receive hands-on instruction from Probation staff and community mentors.

Mentors vary from project to project and may include trade union members, expert practitioners of a given occupation or simply interested and motivated volunteers.
