Update: August 9, 2024

• All the paving and striping has been completed. 
• All the road signs have been installed.
• The landscaper will be back to touch up the top soil and reseed where needed.
• The new sign for Memory Gardens scheduled for installation week of August 12th.
• The flashing beacons are active.

This project will reconstruct Watervliet Shaker Rd. (CR 157, SR 155) from New Karner Road to Sand Creek Road in the Town of Colonie. Improvements will include:

• A new center turn lane;
• A new 10-foot wide multi-use path along the southwest side of the road;
• Traffic signal improvements.
